CS:S connection problems

I recently tried to run a non didicated CS:S server for me and 3 friends, however we ecnounted many problems. One could connect fine, one cause console to print "Badd challange" and the other just didn't see me (not just could not connect, could not see using join by IP). All of us verified local game files sucsessfully.
