hi i have a compaq presario MV 520 monitor, which is 15in, ive used this for about 4 years and still good. but while i was using the computer, a line (horizantal) comes up from the bottem and goes to the top and comes back from the bottem. i dont think it is a problem with videocard or OS. 
this happens and goes a away. its not very visable but it boters me. you know on tv when you see the monitor and those white shits going up and down, its like that but its invisible but i can see it.
