If you are a Costco member then check this stuff out.

100$, -30$ coupon (at the registers), -30$ mail in rebate = $40US

$40 is a pretty good deal for both of them. ^_^

SanDisk (yea yea, i know.... but still) "mini cruzer" 256mb USB pen drive.
$50, - 10instant = $40US.

The software is a pretty good deal ide say.

Keep in mind that Photoshop Elements is pretty much a modernized version of Adobe Photodeluxe. I have the Educational version of Photoshop 7 at home and Photoshop Elements at work and personally can't stand elements. It's a decent program, don't get me wrong, but if you're gonna get a photoediting software, get the Educational Photoshop 7 if you're a student. It's about $100 or so... (I can't remember.) Worth every penny.
