Cheating in FEAR?

I was playing FEAR online tonight and I started to notice something kindof odd. There were a couple of people on the server that would hit med-kits as soon as you shot them. Like it was automatic. I don't know if they're doing something with the settings so that one of the movement keys also hits med-kits, so they use 'em as soon as they get hurt...or if they're doing something a bit more devious. Anybody else know anything about this? They were definitely killable, but it gave them a serious advantage in a firefight.

It's full of cheaters in fear, let me tell you! Most of the top players if not all are cheating!
The moderator/admin on the official board ban anticheater on sight!

And all those cheaters pose themself on the official forum as always...

This wasn't just pressing a button. This was obviously automated. If you laid into one of them with your assault rifle, as soon as you started hitting them they'd med-up in rapid succession.
