BFG 5900Ultra fan speeds

I just know the fan on this card can go faster. When I reboot the machine, I hear the thing spin up like a devil. When I open a 3D app, it spins up, but not to the same extent it does when booting. Is there any tool I can use to crank this fucker up? I know it will O/C more if it will cool just a little better.

Its O/C'ed to 525 core and 875 mem ATM.

K then, news flash. I'm an idiot. The card is a pre-production 256MB version of the 5900 core with the old 5800 cooling system on it.

And its not a BFG, its from EVGA.

1. Open regedit
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NvTweak
3. Right click and add a new DWord value
4. Name it NvCplEnableFanControl
5. Set the value to 3

And that's it, go into the Clock Frequencies menu and now you see the option to control the fan.

You have to have cool bits installed in the reg. for it to work.
this way at least it won't shut off 9like it does during 2D operation
