Why is there an almost $100 difference between the two mobo's?

I'm looking at
P4 2.8C 800MHz
9800 Pro

I can't seem to find a big difference between the two. The P4C800 seems to have a slightly better chipset but is it worth $90 more? Is it the deluxe part that makes it so expensive?

Of your 2 choices mentioned, I say the Abit, based on the cost/performance ratio.

However, you should also check out the Epox 4PDA2+ (revision 2) at $108. It's one of the best OCers out there that is based on the 865PE chipset.
