another what should i do question about memory

would it be better to run 2x512 of xms 2700 oc'd or 2x512 of value select 3200 oc'd if it can? it would go in a gaming rig. currently i have 512 of xms 2700, but another stick would be just a little less than 1g of the v.s. so, which would be better for gaming. thanks for the help....
