They have only had one review on pricewatch...and it was negative.

Thats part of the reason I feel like driving out there...I just want to see the garage that this psuedo-business is probably operating out of.
 
Go for it man. If I lived close, I would drive out there. That way, you can see everything that is going on and make sure they don't go find a random 9800 pro they got laying around and slap it in a box. Newegg kinda likes to do that with their refurbs ;)
 
yeah, but newegg doesn't even send the darn part back to the original manufacturer half of the time. if they did, i guarantee you that just about 90% of the parts that come back would be in perfectly good working condition because quality control would have caught any further defects before the part shipped out to be re-sold.

i guess they think somebody might not mind the defect and will just use it and not worry about something that might be wrong.
