Just got another 3com Switich to add for our Lan Partys!

Just wondering I have web based managment on the 3com I currently Have and I have forgoten how I went about setting it up! I have the 3com managment Program etc etc,

Could anyone tell me how I would give the new Swtich an I.P address etc!
