2x256 in DC

i am not sure if this is the correct forum so i applogize in advance. i just recieved 2x256 pc4000 kingston memory and a single 256 stick for my amd setup. the first problem i ran into is that when i tried to use all three sticks of memory at once the computer would not load any farther after bios. yet when used the two different sets seperatly they work fine. i was wondering if you could tell me how to fix this. i also needed to know if they would be faster all together for a total of 768 or if they would be faster using the 2x256 in dc? if your wondering y i got pc4000 for amd setup its because i didnt want to have to buy more memory again when i to a 64fx.

i forgot to add that all three sticks are kingston pc 4000 and it wont do anything after the bios screen when they are all in the mobo. the screen will go black and have a blinking "_" in the top left hand corner
 
If it were me, I'd just run two sticks in dual channel mode.
