For some reason my 2k server cd will not boot. But the real problem is when I just us a boot disk(98') and execute winnt.exe the installer tries to put it on the drive the cd is. And I need to get to the C: drive, which I cant because of the stupid ram disk. How do you change the ramdisk so you get your c drive back?

Not really a good idea to use a 98 boot disk to boot a 2k install. Take the time to make the 4 winnt boot disks.

Somtimes I wonder why I even try to use 2k server.

I made the four disks, and ntdetect.com on the first disk was corrupt. I remade it three times(from the tool on the cd) and still no go. So i just copied the ntdetect.com from my workstation onto the disk and it appears to be working.
