2200+ & MSI K7T266 Pro2-A

is there a way that in can run the cpu to 2400+ without changing the fsb? i tried closing all the L3 bridges but to no avail, it just run as 733mhz . i tried closing and re-closing the bridges but still the same.
also i close L11.

my system spec:-
cpu-2200+
mb-MSI K7T266 Pro2-A
memory-2x 2100 crucial

any help would be appreciated.
