I picked up Windows 10 pro because my volume licensed dvd copy of Windows 7 enterprise didn't have a usable cd key. Also dx12. So far Windows 10 feels great, but it's only been a couple of days.

I'm very curious to know whether this would have resolved my problems or if my card was just defective. If the situation repeats itself, I suppose a bios mod may be in order if the PSU is determined to be in good working order.
