I know where you guys are coming from, but the Z560's and Z680's sound VERY similar. So if you weren't happy with the Z560's sound, why would you be that much happier with the Z680's sound.
That's the reason I recommended those system's above before Duckbot started picking on me as...
Beside the addition of a differently designed center channel, there's no difference in the remaining sats besides the color. (black vs. grey) Please explain what you're talking about here before telling me to shut up.
But, would he hear the difference due to the better cooling solution on the sub? I think not.
He said, he will "listen" to the Z560's, not look the design of the sub...:)
I listed the major things, that he would take into consideration. Not every little single detail...oh mighty one.
There's not much difference between the Z560's and Z680, except the center channel, decoders, and remote control.
If you're not happy with the Z560's, you should look at the Megaworks, Gigaworks, or Klipsch Ultra's.
I'd take a look at the Megaworks 550THX's. Better for music and cheaper than the Z680's because there's no decoder.

If you're choosing between the Z5300's and Z680's, I'd also take a look at the Megaworks 550THX's. These are much better than the 2 Logitech's for music.

FYI: You'll only get 5.1 sound using the digital input with DD/DTS dvd's.
If you want 5.1 in music and games, you have the use the 5.1...
That's normal. You'll only get 5.1 sound when viewing DD/DTS dvd's when using the digital input.
You'll have to use 5.1 analog inputs on your reciever (if it has them) to get 5.1 sound in games and music.
