Sounds like that's when you say "Well I'll just dispute this with my credit card company then, since it's a fact that amd does not warrant oem cards and your policy states you warranty for x amount of time when that is the case."
Same as the other card. Idle around 37c load the same at 70c at 28% fan speed. I tried underclocking both cards in crossfire and funny thing happens, my crossfire performance is better underclocked than running stock. Also my performance in single card seems to be better than when in crossfire.
Right now I have the cards hooked up in crossfire and I only experience it when crossfire is enabled, but so as not to think it's a crossfire only problem I did test both cards individual before I set them up in crossfire and the one card displayed the artifacting all by itself while the other...

I'd personally like to see the devs utilitize the 3 processors in the xbox within the time frame that PCs are behind. Again probably will not happen till the end of the 360's lifecycle.
I have the FW900 too. Just got mine yesterday. It's a great quality monitor, the only thing you have to watch out for is magnetic fields. It is extremely sensitivte to them. I turn it on the first time to test it and it had a nasty red color in the bottom left and green in the right but the...
