I know that the Audigy 2 (ZS) can only operate as 24/96 if there are no DSP effects whatsoever, as the DSP processes only 16/48. My question is, does enabling 'Stereo Surround' where the front stereo signal is also duplicated over the other outputs also count as a DSP effect?

Is the Nomad Zen Xtra 30GB compatible with their FM wired remote? I've looked on Creative's site and the Zen NX and plain Zen is listed. The remote is supposedly not compatible with the NXs, so I'm wondering about the Xtra models.
