I'm starting to think this MB was an open box and not new. All the voltages looked fine, one memory module still gave the problem, nothing i tried seemed to do anything. Just for giggles, I re-updated the bios last night. Redid the bios and it's been going for 24 hours now with no problems...
Hi guys, thanks for the replies. Sorr about not including the specs, i know better than that, was just very tired when I posted this. Currently I'm using an OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W PSU, 4 gigs of Mushkin Enhanced Blackline DDR2 800, SAPPHIRE 100226L Radeon HD 3850, AMD Athlon 64 X2...
I have a question, unsure where to actually post this...
I recently installed a MSI KA780G (yes, i'm behind in the tech) and now what will happen, and the strange this is, it could happen 5 minutes after a reboot, or 5 days after a reboot, is the computer will just die. In die, I mean, all...
Oh yeah or URPMI if you don't mind the downloads.. deffinatly watch for the 'club' urpmi source...i wouldn't even recommend adding it until you become a little more experienced with mandrake, can bork your system fairly easily unless you watch what you're doing...
btw good job on getting the...
The only problem I've had with sp2 is folding@home will crash within a few minutes of being open, course that's what I have Linux for (among other things) Nothing else gives any kind of problem.
The wife's machine went crazy after I installed sp2, explorer would crash, IE would not fetch a...
I finally got my $60 combined OM rebates on the 19th.
I still have a raincheck for 3 drives at 19.99 that I had a lady friend of mine get. Don't think they ever called her saying they were in. I wonder.....
You can also buy this guy's ring and then do some kind of trade up program that some of the jewelers offer. I recently did that for my old lady's ring. Kay's Jewelers gave me full appraisal value as a trade-in. Just had to buy something that cost twice as much as the trade-in.
You have to give her some voltage if you're going to jump the FSB up to 200 like that, if you didn't already.
*sweet, now I'm just a cheeze instead of a newbie cheeze
There was a 7 day lapse in him bumping his thread, so probably was sick. I would say next time, get and verify all contact information beforehand, that way, threads like these can be avoided with a single telephone call.
If you can stand the noise w/the 80, then go for the 92. It's got a higher dba rating, but would think it'd be lower pitched so that'd compensate. Never had an 80mm version though, so can't say.
My worst hit came with modding my old lady's Motorola T721 cell phone without her knowledge. The 'hit' wasn't that I had to pay out $250 to buy a new one when I broke it, the 'hit' was her hand upside my head when I told her!
ATItool isn't happy unless I'm at 400/380.
I can hit the core up to 425 and run 3dmark and aquamark all day long and I don't see any errors. Mem on the other hand, won't budge over 380.
Running a Sapphire 9800pro w/stock cooling.

Those don't seem that bad. I don't see any diffrence between that one and the vantec one I have. It's sleeve though.
I had no problems at all getting my nvidia card set up under linux. My 9800pro on the other hand annoyed me. I didn't get it set up, but I didn't mess with it too much either, so.
What kind of fan controller do you have that you're trying to hook up two of those to?
Just the 80mm version x2 is 18.2W and 1.52A

Thanks, I could use a new pen. Someone at work actually stole my "This pen has been stolen from..." pen. I think I got it from one of your posts actually.
