all you saying to wait... you do realize it'll be a hot ticket when it comes out right? like you won't have the luxury of waiting and then carefully selecting the one you want
Yeah I should probably add some case fans, which direction are your Noctua 120x15s facing blowing? I'm thinking of putting those fans there too as intake and then put an exhaust fan higher up. The other problem I have is my case's back is against a wall so the heat doesn't have a good exhaust...
dumb question, but is it ok to put a non-blower style RTX 2070 into this case?
I've tried to always put blower style GPUs in there but I couldn't pass up the deal on this PNY rtx 2070 xlr8. The whole case heats up when I game... right now there's no case fans either, just a Corsair water cooler...
question for you guys, I'm thinking of getting this case to replace my Ncase M1, however, the case placement on my desk would mean that the right side (when looking at the front) would be up against a wall, for the Ncase this is ok because the back of the mobo is on the right side. On this case...
ok I think I found it!! I think there's something wrong with my outlets by my computer, I moved it over to another set of outlets on a different circuit and the computer turns on/off just fine now... maybe it's a grounding issue??
Could I have damaged my mobo/power supply by plugging it into a...
ok so after this new build, with basically all new parts, I have the same problem, sometimes it posts and sometimes it doesn't, no overclocking. Once it's on it's stable but it just has a problem powering on.
When I turn the power supply on, the LEDs on the mobo light up fine and the Corsair...
so during my latest rebuild, I lost one of those case screws that screws that external expansion slot plate to the case. It's located on the backside of the N1 beside where you would screw in a GPU. It's like blocking plate.
Anyone know where I can replace these screws??
can anyone post some basic manual control bios settings to o/c a 7600k?
There's so many options in there I really don't know where to start.. like the Asus energy-saving, normal, or performance profiles... what do those do? What do I set that at when I o/c??
ok so finally got my build done, for those with the Asus Z270i, how the hell do I turn off these breathing LEDs??
also, what's a good/safe overclock for my 7600k and 270i combo? Specific bios settings?
I like water cooling because the CPU block is a lot easier to install, less overall noise imo and I already have a H100i from my 2500k system
If I could find a nice CPU air cooler that fits in the N1 with my mobo (Z270i) then I would but every air cooler seems like they have an engineering team...
In your guys' opinion, in terms of Corsair water cooling, is there a big performance difference between dual radiator (e.g. H100) vs single radiator (i.e. H75, H80) etc.? If not, shouldn't we just go single radiator?
you're right, the power for the pump comes from the SATA... but I don't need to plug the internal USB in for Corsair Link? I didn't know that.. it will run without Corsair Link?
awesome thanks... ok, I have another weird issue. So my H100i needs an internal USB connector for power, my old motherboard had two of these but the Z270i doesn't seem to... it does have this header called 'heatsink 3' that isn't documented anywhere in the manual... can I use it for that? pic...
I'm about to swap out my 2500k CPU/mobo/RAM combo to a more modern 7600k because the Z77 motherboard for the 2600k died...
Am I going to need a new Windows 10 license? Or can I somehow use my old one? The Windows 10 license was the 'free' one you got when you upgraded from Windows 7
Hmm ok, maybe I'll just stick with my H100i then... if re-use it on a 7600k, I guess I need to get new thermal paste since the H100i stock, from what I remember, had a factory paste on the CPU block?
I'm planning to upgrade to a 7600K and an Asus Z270i, what Corsair water-cooler fits in this case? Right now I'm running a h100i with my 2500k but now I'm wondering if I need a 240mm double fan Corsair water-cooler, if so would the H115i fit? Or should I go with the H110i? H100i v2? What's the...
so I think my PSU died, I press the power on the N1 and it tries to boot up, lights come on for like a split second then off again...
gonna try and replace the PSU and see if that was the problem.
thinking of going with the Corsair SF600
Great, thank you, how does the radiator mount to the case? Do I need a bracket or does it mount directly to the M1? There seems to be a fan bracket in the M1 in the place where the radiator should go?
Hi guys, long time lurker and just ordered a M1 (V2). I'm basically going to try and transplant the system in my signature into the M1 except I'll be going with an Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe and Corsair H100i for the cooling, will that work?
I have 2 main/big concerns, the PSU and my GPU. The PSU...
Planning to put a Asus P8Z77-I with a 2500k and a Corsair H100i when my M1 comes in, will this work/fit?
I'm new to water cooling but how would I go about making a full loop with a GPU cooler??
Hi all, I'm really interested in getting this case, I've got an older i5-2500k LGA1155 system in a huge Silverstone FT02 and looking to fit it into a M1... basically the big components are the Noctua D14 cooler and the Gigabyte GTX 780 OC Rev 2, would those all fit in the M1??
Obviously I'd get...
