I dunno if I could ever do Telsa or a self driving car. I love my somewhat gas guzzling loud work truck a little too much! However, self driving could be nice, less people causing wrecks cause of texting, calling, eating, drinking, pills.... The list goes on.
I played for about 2.5 hours last night. Set up is a Taichi 5700 XT and 3600X. Undervolted to 1120, core clock at 2090, stock mem clock. Cpu I think I OC to 4.1 or so, not sure. Just running auto OC on Strix B450I. On ultra settings, 1440P I was hovering around 45-50FPS. On high settings, 1440P...
I'd have to personally go with the 6800 XT. I most likely wouldn't utilize Nvidia's ray tracing and all that fancy stuff, I'm just going for maxed settings 1440P 144Hz so I think the 6800 is a better fit for me.
For me, its any of the The Sims games or others of that genre. Any and all battle Royale types, never interested me much. Stuff like WoW and Dota are high up there, too.
Okay, sounds good, thank you! So far I've undervolted gpu a bit to drop temps. Doesn't get about 83c on junction with 50% fan speed. Although in cinebench 20, my cpu tops out at 81c with stock cooler and the mobo handling slight overclock. I think my first test will be to unplug one of the Pure...
I did watch his video! He's the one that finally made me decide to get the case. I love it so far, I suppose I was just unsure on if my set up is good or if maybe I was messing with pressure with the fan set ups or any faults like that. I suppose I was mostly double checking to make sure my set...
Yeah, definitely not paying anything over Nvidia msrp. If partner cards turn out better than FE, I'll pay a little more but not a premium for minimum gain. I just upgraded and am quite happy with my set up now. Only reason I'd go for 30 series or 6000 series is for shits, giggles and money...
I definitely am planning on doing that. The cpu doesn't get above 60c currently. I'm hoping that sometime next year there will be better stock of the 5600x cpus and either 30 series nvidia or 6000 amd cards to go around so I can upgrade. Once I swap cpu I'll be changing mobo and putting a much...
Hello, all! I'm brand new to the site and fairly new to the PC community as a whole. Also on mobile so please forgive any errors. I do apologize if this is the wrong place to post this!
I suppose I should start with main hardware first.
Mobo; Asus Strix B450I
Cpu; Ryzen 3600X with stock cooler...
