Use ps2 hardware or emulation option in bios, and install from sata optical drive or patched windows installation, patched with usb drivers.
Also neither of usb work while instalation, 2.0 or 3.0. Unless you have patched installation
of course.

That's fine, freesync and all, but it's going to throttle a lot or be very loud. And for CPU, if they make 65W 8 core, it wont have higher clocks. Look at new intel 8400 (also 65W), it only goes to 4.0 ghz boost, and it's only a 6 core part.
That's like the worst possible option for sentry, hottest CPU and GPU. You should pick some ryzen, and gtx1080.
Also waiting on 8 core intel doesn't make sense, AMD has higher efficiency right now, so *if* intel manages to throw out 65w 8 core, it will surely be slower and more expensive than...

My "champion" is phenom x2 565, stock it is 2 core 2.4 ghz cpu whick easily unlocks to 4 cores and overclocks to 4.0 ghz on cheap motherboard and cheap air cooler, but can go even further. So that is over 120% gain in performance for almost zero money, and it was a cheap CPU which still works...
I don't agree because my intel 600p 512 gets to 70°C pretty fast while transferring lot of data (it's ok if it doesn't last for too long), and then it throttles and slows down the transfer. I bought a fast drive to cut down on transfer times, so I would be much happier with cooler and without...
I read somewhere that you shouldn't change the voltage in p-states, only freq, but I've never tried it.
We should massively write to biostar to allow for negative cpu core v offset.
I've just checked, downclocking starts at about less than a minute after logging into win10. Not dependent of load, I would say it's time dependent. Maybe until windows loads some processes. Note: I have chipset drivers installed.
Auto setting is 100 in theory but in reality it works slightly, below, that's common for all platforms.
For voltage, I'm almost sure that you're getting higher voltage on +.02V because 1700x has higher stock clock than 1500x.
I'm not sure about the voltage because it works for my 1500x. Maybe you have some Cpu that has higher minimum clock voltage, so when you add .02v, you get higher voltage.
For fans, did you calibrate them?
If yes, please tell me what settings you have used for fan curve (4 values).
You just need to change the CPU ratio in O.N.E., it's below CPU clock, second row. Just enter the number manually. I will take picture when I get home.

Yep, no more p-state, just simple multiplier! I think that this option will fit better to most people.
But don't worry, cpu still downclocks itself when needed, even when using multiplier, just use correct minimum processor state in windows power options.
I did a few modifications and measure temps before and after.
I've added two 120mm fans (CM silencio 3pin @900rpm) in front of the GPU, I've removed dust filters on CPU and GPU, and removed the IO shield. I've also set the manual voltage on the CPU because stock value was unnecessarily high...
