    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

I liked the ATX concept you had posted there. Sleek and relatively compact. I feel like the mATX case with ATX mobo support where the PSU blocks some of the slots begs the question why not just use mATX, alas, I'm more for either the true ATX or mATX at this point. Was just thinking out loud...

    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

I think through the intake of the monolith you've achieved the one design element setting it apart; all the other designs with the exception of the 1b with unique case feet look similar to other things on the market (I wouldn't compare monolith to the S10 though in terms of "copycat" design...

    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

Okay, well that makes sense then. Honestly the ATX PSU is more preferable just due to wider selection and larger fans for quieter PSUs. The ability to mount ATX motherboards is definitely a bonus. I wonder, would it be possible to have the Monolith intake style (side openings) but have a...

    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

Would it maybe be possible to combine the front panel of monolith with cutouts for the I/O/slim optical with the design elements of the other (the one that looks like fractal right now?) I mean, I totally like the monolith, but if people like the layout of the fractal looking one I could be down...

    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

I have to agree with Phuncz that what he refers to as the Monolith is my favorite to date. Not only is that intake design unique (at least to me, I haven't seen anything even remotely similar to it), but it has the ability to mount 3.5" HDDs, which may not be as important to some users, but is...

Kimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

So I'm not brushed up on my technical vocabulary to know about the non-countersunk vs countersunk and 100˚ vs 90˚, but it's good to know we'll get a list similar to the NCase M1 so we can obtain replacement parts on our own if necessary. Again, thanks for the answers!

Kimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Thank you kind sir for your response. 1) One remaining question, would it be possible to make available a list of screw components being used in this case for purchasing of extras at another point in time? My pets like to eat things or move them and I've lost a fair number of screws for which...

    Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...

Hi Necere, Really liking where this is going, similar to the outcome of Cerberus (I'd get both if this project ever comes to fruition). Just had a few comments questions: The newer design has definitely grown on me. 1) Is there the possibility of increasing the height a little to allow for...

Kimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Hi, love what you've done with the case! Watched its development for a long time now. Just had a few questions: 1) You tested this with a GTX780-DC2-3GD5 card before, right? I only ask because I was torn between this case and the M1 and others state you can't fit an Asus 970Strix in the M1...

The next NCASE project: a Steam Machine-style case (indeterminate)

Sorry if I missed this, but a quick search of the thread didn't yield an answer to my question. Has the maximum GPU length for this case been determined yet?

Can you elaborate on this? Sorry. Might be because I'm not well versed in all PC components but I'm not quite understanding.

Perhaps thin, magnetic dust filters? I feel like non detachable is kind of a pain to clean, it was the determining factor for me in not purchasing the Carbide Air 240.

Any update on this? This is the one thing that's holding me back from purchasing this case immediately when it comes out.

Kimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Heavily interested in this case, but I gotta ask...was there a reason why you didn't heighten the case another inch or inch and a half? I would've loved the ability to have extra storage or dual fans on the bottom while being able to take advantage of the gap spacing for GPUs in SLI. Apologies...
