I don't mind screwing those people so it's easier for me to file my taxes correctly. :P
Lol. That will certainly make filing taxes easier. Although, if you bought the crypto instead of mining it you would still want to report the capital loss to deduct it from your taxable income. It's...
That's what I'm hoping for - Coinbase to provide 1040-Ds (or whatever tax form is applicable). I'm sure there are a hundred complications that have held them back from already doing so, but the fact that they have a gain/loss calculator makes me think they know legislation/regulation is just...
Hopefully there will be more support in 2019 for filing taxes on cryptocurrency gains/losses made in 2018. I'm not looking forward to filling out a 1040 D manually, even with Coinbase's gain/loss tax calculator.
Probably the worst part is how they want to preempt net neutrality legislation at the state level. It's clear Ajit Pai doesn't just want to rollback regulation or hand off the responsibility to the FTC - he wants to enable ISPs to do whatever they want.
I signed the petition but I don't expect it to do much. No responses to 100K+ petitions have been made since Trump took office and the site itself is "under review".
FWIW, Tyll does a very superficial comparison between the M1060 and the 4XX here. Tyll notes: "Listening in comparison, I found the M1060 more forward and strident, though with better bass. The HE4XX pretty easily sounded more refined; it's the better headphone to my ears."
Around this price...
Oh, in real world use there is no problem. This is all in context of judging a screen to be "the best smartphone display ever created." I'm certainly not going to dissuade anyone from getting an iPhone X because of this tiny flaw.
Maybe the best OLED smartphone display, but the off-axis color shifting in my co-worker's iPhone X and my own Pixel 2 are really jarring to someone coming from a *traditional* SLCD screen. They made the deepest blacks ever at the cost of ruining the whites whenever you're not looking at your...
The deal on the game itself is pretty good too. Not the longest game (took me less than 10 hours to complete and around 20 hours to unlock all achievements), but the combat feels good and the narration is hilarious. I encourage any one thinking of trying it out to play with English subtitles...
The 660S is $500 versus the $200 6XX. That said, it probably won't be long before 1) the retail price drops closer to the 650 ($315 on Amazon now) or 2) Massdrop does its own version of the 660S for $200-$300.
Feels kind of like computer hardware, where the next best thing (or price drop) is...
Great to hear! I always face palm mentally when I see reviews praising the noise/temperature profiles of graphics cards tested on an open-air platform.
I did a quick search but did not find anything in this thread. Has anyone tried using the Biostar H81MHV3 mobo for their build? It's marketed as a micro-ATX board but the dimensions are within mDTX standards.
It would be interesting to know how many ncase owners are running mDTX boards and using all three slots. My suggestion for r2 is to force all buyers to sign a petition for more mDTX motherboards :D
