I'd be interested to see what one (or two) 80 mm case fans would do to remove built up heat. Not sure if you can wedge some in there or not? They may remove built up heat, but that's all though. Also, I wonder if your vent screen has any significant effect on ventilation?

I'm glad you like the grey! Racking marks which are part of the anodizing process, are sometimes noticeable and would show bare aluminum. They're usually quite tiny though. On the side panels, racking marks would be found along the edges. If the scratches are anodized (no bare aluminum showing)...
