Not sure when they put up stock on AMD's site - but I wouldn't disregard that - got stock at a time I wasn't expecting (early afternoon)?

FedEx delivered the 6800XT today (!) - feeling rather fortunate that my wife was able to snag this card for me! Have it installed - not tweaking it at the moment though. Wheu!

Mine shipped - looks like it'll be here this weekend. Again not too surprised since it's Thanksgiving week... just hoping it'll arrive earlier than expected :)

Ordered it Friday after at about 12pm PST/3pm EST. Still waiting on shipping, though since I ordered it toward the end of the day at the start of a weekend I'm not surprised.

Well, managed to get the 6800 XT in my cart again this morning but when the little "proceed to cart or continue shopping screen" popped up... it would disappear before I could click on it. Stayed like that for minutes (just clicking on it over and over) and eventually I got a notification saying...

I though it was interesting to see the beta drivers for Dirt 5 with The FPS Review - curious if that one is a bit more optimized for what AMD is using (and the cache?) that is making it that much faster than the 3080? And if future driver updates might... improve things for other games...

So AIBs are releasing next Wednesday?

I'm getting an Access Denied message on the AMD page now... lol. I can still see the 6800 XT "Add To Cart" button on my desktop, but on another computer it's gone.

Tried on AMD - by the time the vid card even showed up to be added in the cart it was gone (I'm assuming several minutes after release :P). Saw the 6800 on Amazon, but I also wanted the XT and didn't pull the trigger. Still don't even see any of the 6000 Series on newegg..

Just hoping I can find a card on Wednesday - certainly feel better that more will be available but yeesh - yeah, knowing that nvidia didn't really allow people to purchase cards and didn't gobble up what normally would be theirs to take... this could be much more difficult :/

When are the reviews supposed to actually come out? I haven't read anything about it...

Had to build a new computer over the summer so won't be upgrading to the yet-to-be-released 5000 series processors for a good while... curious as to what a current gen AMD cpu will look like with this card (say, with a 3800x). Now looking at getting one of these cards if they can be found in...

Yay! I'll take it - would be great if they made it so that you can play your game, have a friend jump in from their own game 'world' and do a few quests and leave (while keeping everything else pretty much unique to the player). Not an MMO, just an interesting way to do a type of multiplayer...

I'm curious about it - would have to have it on my desk to check it out (currently using a 38" Dell curved monitor and it works great - larger with a bigger curve? not sure). And lol about Hz stuff again. Higher the better. And most CRTs back in the day (mid-late 90ies) could do at least 60hz...

I'll try out a high-framrate movie properly done. It's... strange how the format stuck to 24fps from practically the beginning (the cost of physical film) and really now that it's not generally being used... still sticking with it because that's how it's always been done. Once a movie comes out...

I'll have to really try this - that update has been failing on my x5670 as well. Just haven't taken much time to figure it out :P
