It doesn't look like it. According to the set-up FAQ it says cards purchased that have a 3 year warranty. https://www.evga.com/support/stepup/ But all of the B stock only have a 1 year warranty, meaning that they don't qualify.

You can easily install the Steam client on many different flavors of Linux. A good bit of them come with it pre-installed. And all of them can run in Big Picture Mode.
