You say AliExpress... do you mean like, the company, or a third party seller there? PayPal is useful but you really shouldn't be using it on businesses that even seem slightly dodgy for one reason or another. That's why you use credit cards with buyer protection instead. PayPal will only go so far.

Yep, this should be mostly complete, except for the odd CD I missed in my storage boxes. I don't mind getting duplicates, any extras will be used to replace damaged items (scratches, scuffs, etc), traded, or resold in lots to cover more purchases.

If you're going to send those drives in a flat rate envelope, put them in a sturdy box with extra padding before doing so. Those envelopes are good, but they get tossed around a lot. They get treated like a box because of their dimensions so they're not safe to send stuff in on their own.
