According to an NPR segment, there was zero evidence. Literally none could be found by anybody including Google. /shrug

Old BioWare Has Become "A Distant Memory"

This is what you should expect when a company sells itself to a large developer like EA. It's just ubiquitous.

"World War Z" Studio: Epic Exclusivity Is "the Best Deal for Players and Developers"

And that's a moronic argument. Epic isn't competing with the Steam that released years ago. It's competing with the Steam that exists now. /facepalm

    YouTube Updates Its Strike System

    1. I see AAAALLL sorts of conservative stuff on youtube. 2. Youtube is a private company and doesn't owe you, me, or anybody an explanation. They can run the company how they want as long as they don't run afoul of laws. They could remove ALL content even remotely conservative and there's...

Digital Foundry Analyzes Metro Exodus's Visual Fidelity

No doubt the game looks gorgeous. As a professional CG artist that does alot of lighting, the devs know how to 'paint with light'. Mad props. Still not buying it though lol

    Metro Exodus Has Stuttering Issues

Nobody said it did. Just that the streamer was trying anything he could think of to try and get rid of it.

Americans Are Lining Up to Work for Amazon for $15 an Hour

I don't believe for a second that Amazon won't find ways to get those profits back.

Metro Review-Bombed: Dev Threatens Next Game Won't Be on PC If Sales Are Low

Except the comment wasn't made within a vacuum. And it won't change the fact that they created the string of actions that caused it to sell poorly. If this sells poorly, it's their own fault. And it was probably preventable.

Here Is the Metro Exodus - Uncovered Trailer

And because other than having a storefront to sell games, it is inferior in every other way to Steam. Steam is not immune to criticism from me, but Epic should never have created their store until it at least had some of the same features as Steam. Fuck the epic store.

Ubisoft Changing Assassin's Creed Odyssey DLC Following Forced Relationship Furore

The butthurt people caused this furor because they knew Ubisoft would respond. This is what happens when you cater to them. They won't stop.

Nintendo President Says Switch Successor, Price Cut Not Currently Being Considered

They will lie and say that right up until they're ready to announce. The second they do, there will be people that will stop buying games for the current console. It's just good business sense unfortunately.

The Original Ghostbusters Cast Will Return for New Movie

Wait. Lemme get this straight. It's insulting and a dick move for them to do a remake with the original cast, but it's not the same when it's done by a new 'all female' cast? Which wasn't done in a vacuum. They specifically chose to do an all women cast ie not have any men. How is that not...

Spider-Man "Raimi" Suit Drama: Insomniac Speaks against Gamer Entitlement

What kind of dipshit logic is this? Because EA fucked you over, everybody should get fucked?

Anthem Alpha Streamer Loses Entire EA Origin Library after Breaking NDA

Funny how people think that just because a company wrote a TOS or EULA, that it must be automatically legal just because somebody clicked accept. That's not how the law works. You can't enter into an illegal contract by law. Also, nowhere in the NDA does it say that EA will remove things you...

Bethesda to Issue Replacement Canvas Bags for the Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition

Read somewhere that this doesn't absolve them of their possible crime. Regardless of what they did to correct it with their customers, they still did what they did. But hell, who am I kidding, corporations are never held to the same standard as actual people.

Volvo Uses Autonomous Trucks to Haul Limestone out of an Open Pit Mine in Norway

I don't disagree with your overall point, but automation is NOT a one time cost. Those trucks and the equipment needed for them to be automated need maintenance beyond what just the truck itself would have needed.

Cyberpunk 2077 Will Be "As Refined as Red Dead Redemption 2"

I enjoyed RDR2, but I really didn't get all the gushing love for it aside from the beautiful scenery. The rest of it basically reminds me of RDR1 with better visuals, and frankly RDR1 was so amazing because of all it was at the time it was released. That's not that impressive in 2018.

Netflix Pulls the Plug on Marvel’s "Luke Cage"

I couldn't disagree more. For me, binging makes fluffing and filler episodes ALOT more watchable. You don't have to watch a shitty filler episode and then wait another week wondering if it's gonna be yet another one. How could you possibly think otherwise?
