I have an Evga e655 motherboard and a hard drive that recently failed.
I haven't updated the bios since buying the motherboard in 2010.
If I replace the failed drive with a 4TB drive,
1) Will I be able to install windows on it and use it?
2) Will I have access to all 4 TB on the drive?
I do a lot of writing and reading work on my laptop and sometimes, my 7200rpm drive is not fast enough; the hdd led constantly flashing and task manager shows 100% disk usage but only < 10MB/s performance.
I understand that they get hot, and the velociraptors are too thick, but are there...
I just found out that my recently ordered dell does not have the CPU that dell claimed to have put in my laptop.
I ordered a refurbished inspiron 17r with a claimed i7 3630qm (2.4ghz) and they put a i7 3632qm (2.2ghz) in it.
Can i pursue any recompense? Or is it not worth the trouble.
I need a bag in which to carry the laptop i ordered recently.

I have this "software manager" that pops up every so often.
It says installshield on it and i have no idea how to uninstall it. It seems to be an advertising virus, and i think probably something else to it. I can't find it in task manager processes or control panel.
When i enter the CCC, the apply and discard buttons keep flashing on and off, and i have on idea what is causing this.
Also, when i try to update my drivers, it updates half-way, then instantly gives me the finished, but when i check CCC, it tells me i still need to update, and occasionally...

I am sick of the inkjet that i am using now. I'm not even a particularly heavy printer (probably because my printer is crap), but it seems like I'm having to replace the ink cartridge every two weeks.
