I'll need an 8-port switch now, since I'll lose more ports than I thought I would. Since brand doesn't seem to matter, I think I'll just get the $20 8-port Gigafast from a store nearby.
I've used up all 4 ports on my router, and I need more ports. If I add a 4-port network switch, it'll work just like if it was 7-port router, right? I think my router loses one port if I use the Uplink.

To get Colin McRae 3 to work on my computer, I had to rename a file called "claudfx.ax" in PowerDVD. Before I fixed it, it would always quit to desktop after the white screen with the small print copyrights. Is that what's happening to yours?
Can you be more specific about what you are hearing?
One possibility is that nothing is wrong with the sound. They are 2 litre turbos - they will sound high pitched and will sound buzzy and will "blurp"/backfire. Maybe you were expecting a V8 rumble, and aren't used to hearing rally cars?
