Here's my lab. I picked up come C1100's off of ebay for pretty cheap. Each box has 72gb of ram. Hooked it up to my ZFS box and called it a day :) Still installing vm's n stuff :D

The noise of the 6248 is prolly gonna be a issue. anyone know how i can quiet down these fans a little? Love the switch. just a little on the noisy side.

I Recently put two of these in at work. We had a Cisco Wireless G WAP that the previous admin had put in. It was not enough for our Building Size so i ordered and installed 3 of the unifi AP's and now everyone has perfect signal all the time :D

I want to put 1.5KW in Solar in my backyard. would certainly help during the summer! Cool concept though. i may do that for my Untangle Machine (Dell Poweredge 1750) It draws about 100-125W :(

I would agree with dash. I have been using 3CX at home (lab) and find it has most of the features our PBX at work has (its intertel not sure what model) It seems pretty good on not using a lot of ram/cpu

im getting some wierd iSCSI results..... my 2008R2 vm is getting 100MB/s read and 10mb/s write.... very odd... it took me almost 40 minutes to move a vm that was only 9gb :eek: im running 4 2tb Hitachi drives in raidz.... this is over gig networking... any ideas?
