I agree. Loadline calibration is even scarier for most motherboards. The amount of negative vdroop that I've seen with a dmm in the Lynnfield days was nuts.

Yeah I used a 64gb vertex 4 for years as a cache drive for Intel srt for years until the HDD finally failed. According to the smart data the drive is still like new.

I'm looking for $220 shipped for the bare card. I've owned this since it was released. I never really ran it overclocked other than some benchmarks when I first bought the thing. Mined on it for a week in the spring. Still works like new.

I'm with you there. I went from 780ti sli to a single 980ti and couldn't be happier. Things seem to have gotten far worse since. DX12 isn't helping things. If anything read up on sli scaling with the games that you play. Then decide if it's worth it for you.
