Supersampling will blur out the images and artifact, this will not. I been using 5K UltraFine @ 5K resolution on all games, and its much better than super sampling on the same resolution.
This is literally the only display in the market with high PPI and is QLED.....
With it's thunderbolt hub support I don't get why people are complaining on it's pricing.
I for one is tempted to get one.... Only the pro stand that I cannot justify it's pricing.
If Apple ever make a switch to ARM, its gonna be the end of Mac line overall. Lots of tech companies bulk purchasing Macs for its software engineers, since its much easier to do things between platform on it.
ARM will just kill it if they ever pull that shit off. Not to mention how many Bootcamp...
I am suspecting because I am running on dual DP to run 5K resolution.....
But I haven't have any of these issue prior to certain driver update IIRC....
Does your screen turn black randomly? I have some odd issue with my current card, sometime it will randomly goes into black screen and comes back up.
Sometime it required to redo the Displayport to make it come back....
I would personally IPS than OLED. Since I have phone on most of the time and navigation at least few hours a day, wouldn’t want to deal with burn-in. Resale value also would be better for my case. I bought apple care specifically just for burn in issue alone....
Pure gaming, I would do 1440p with 120hz+...
But if you do anything else, 4K with high PPI is much better IMO, especially doing any kind of typing / reading.
It will boost much higher clock at a stable rate for FE. Lower quality chip probably gonna give you an instant boost of clock but fall down soon after when voltage kick down and heat goes up.
Why is this game having no other AA option than FXAA and TXAA?
FXAA did not remove much of alias problem that it shows in game, even 5K resolution on 27" still jaggy.
TXAA on the other hand completely blur out the texture.... :(
How can you even run Ray tracing at this point with GPU underwhelm by its performance, even for 2080 Ti...
Unless you running at 1440p/1080p...
1080 Ti performance is near identical to 2080. Radeon 7 cheaper and run about the same seems like a competitive choice to me.
Been using LG UltraFine 5K, I cannot go back to 4K anymore.....
While doing some reading and coding, 5K font is far easier to read than 4K. Hopefully more 5K 27" panels coming.....
Very likely to be Mobo related. All the one listed are using Asus / Asrock (still asus brand)....
I have 2 machine running using GA board, none of them have a issue with it.
Could be MCE doing some kind of over-volt.
Apple, Samsung, Cisco..etc... their pay is on the low end in the bay area, most likely they couldn't hire anyone else in the bay with those salaries, so they have to move new campus somewhere else. Apple have been cheap out wages by doing this for awhile...
You are not the only one.
OLED on phone makes both me and others that I know with eye strain over a long duration reading. I have no such issue with regular IPS panel on phones.
Not to mention the weird color shifting issue and burn in (which is guarantee if you run it as a computer monitor)...
Default voltage on Gigabyte board for 9900k is insanely high. You need to downclock it.
The default pretty much get you 4.7Ghz on all core at all time, and you can pull even further if you want to.
Current generation is 40Gbps bandwidth, pretty much an external PCIE slot that runs around 4x bandwidth.
Been using it with multiple device so far on my setup. LG UltraFine 5K monitor also required thunderbolt 3 connection and chaining with keyboard, mouse, and other I/O devices through 1...
My iPhone XS Max and HTC U12 last 3 days with light usage. It's about 1% battery every hour or two if left idle.
Hence even lower battery capacity than Huawei....
Just bought the game, after installation, I cant even launch this game.
Origin minimized for few seconds, then return back to Origin main screen..... Anyone having same issue?
I reinstall origin / cache clean / Reinstall.... you named it....
LG IPS panel is notorious having issue with burn-in / image retention.
I first seen it in Macbook Pro Retina since 2012, where people return LG panels for Samsung one for this specific reason.
Latest LG UltraFine 5K also exhibit exact same issue, but some did not, and some only happen when...
A Chinese agency promoting Chinese product, and reported from a Chinese site....
So trust worthy.....
PS: How did it end up as a news here.....?
They are having lawsuit right now on price gauging.....It's pretty obvious...
Samsung and Hynix used monopoly and price fixing to drive out Taiwanese competition years back so they can pull these kind of shit.
Having a coverage map is one thing. The actual signal on the other hand did not reflect to the map at all.
Hell, even in Bay Area, the Silicon Valley with a lot of places in city still have little to no signal.
I have got the replacement card from EVGA the day after they contacted. So far seems to be working, but still an nVidia PCB though.
Doesn't seem to be EVGA's fault here, since Asus one with reference PCB also blown up at the exact same spot. Just happened to be EVGA who got the batch.
Really...
