32 here and interest is really going down. I remember I was in HS when I first bought Fallout.
I've basically bought every single Fallout game (collectors if available) out of my love for the first game.
It hasn't gone down in price and I've been out of the loop since 2012. I'm thinking of buying another one just for the sake of it matching my current one.
Should I reconsider?
Additional info - the new SSD will be used as my dev environment. Think MongoDB and tons of I/O.
I have the following setup:
- A5+ (Speakers)
- HD 600 (Wired)
- RS 180 (Wireless)
I need a DAC/AMP combo that has an RCA output (for my A5+) and a 3.5mm (RS180) in the back. These outputs should not use the Amplifier and should just be a passthrough. I then need a 1/4 up front for my wired...
If it fails stress tests at stock then return it. I maybe one of the few people here who do not return products if they OC bad since technically it the product wasn't rated at that setting.
A couple of years ago I always paid for the collector's edition. Then I was like WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE, I barely play these games. So I stopped. I think the only game that I'll ever pay full price + collector's is Fallout. Because I love that game even if I don't play the new ones.
Pretty sure that's not how it works (even right now). I feel sorry for the false positives (in-game music) that are hitting some streamers. I don't feel sorry for the streamer who opens up Spotify or plays his music collection/radio while playing a game.
Thinking of getting the Audioengine A5+. I'm coming from a pair of Logitech X240 speakers that I had since college.
Would this be a good choice?
I'll be listening to Bossanova, Downtempo.
Example.

Are the A5's a good choice?
I also...
Usage: 3-5 GB a day.
Carrier: I-Wireless
Throttled: NO. Again...NO.
Plan: 55/month Unlimited minutes/txt/data (4G)
I'm currently sitting at 20 GB. Never have I once been throttled ever. I recommend I-Wireless to everyone. I rarely use Wi-Fi.
If you guys are wondering, I use it for HD videos...
