Qx27 connected with dvi and the one not working and asus connected with hdmi

I ran DDU but that didn't fix it either. If i plug just my main monitor in it will change colors while windows in loading bois then when it's loaded the screen goes black.

I am trying to run a audio program which requires me to plug my receiver into my 1660 super by hdmi but when i do my task bar freezes so i can't use the program. It works fine when i plug my tv into it using the same hdmi cable. Running windows 10 and all my drivers are up to date.

Using a ryzen 5 1600 so it's not that. Just have an old geforce gt 710. Sometimes it works plugging it into my graphics card but it makes the task bar freeze and i have to restart the computer to get it back to normal.

I had the same problem as you so I put the prelude back in the box and put my meridian back in. Hoping they fix this soon or I guess i'll be sending it back.
