I tried that, and tried it again as you suggested. No difference. Taking it out of PC mode just messes with the colors/brightness and changes nothing with the overscan. Oh well.

I did choose "PC" mode in my initial setup already and it still has the "overscan" so I can't see the underline with taskbar on bottom.

Yeah, I can't handle 4:2:2 as it bothers the crap out of me on the desktop and 37.3ms was also too much input lag coming from basically zero. 21.1ms is not bad but I don't know why Samsung couldn't figure out how to get 21.1ms input lag AND 4:4:4.
