Oh my god!
The SVS 3000 Micro came, along with the triband wireless adapter. I couldn't wait to set it up, so I got to it right away. Getting it working with the wireless adapter was quick and easy. It came with most of the cables needed, but being that the Rag doesn't have an LFE port, I...
Just a little far, woulda invited you over to sample them.
I'll report back with sub thoughts, this will be my first sub since having the old Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 setup for my computer in the early 2000s lol, super excited!!
You don't happen to live near Denver do you?
I hear you on the aesthetics, I love them but can see why someone wouldn't. The KEF Q150 look nice, I wouldn't have minded that type of aesthetic on the LS50s.
In addition, I'm finally testing out the WiiM Pro Plus, and man where has this device...
First impressions are excellent, the Ragnarok 2 + the Mani 2 provided a sound quality upgrade that I did not really expect coming from the Yamaha that I took from my grandparents years ago. The sound is much more layered and multidimensional, and punchier? I've been enjoying it with the old...
God damn it. I was not planning to spend that much on a sub, but you guys sold me. Found an open box with a 5 year warranty for $640 and bit.
EDIT Schiit gear was just delivered! Looking forward to getting into it later today.
Well, I caved and ordered it for my turntable / streaming stereo setup.
Ordered a black Ragnarok 2, decided a standalone phono preamp would be the way to go, so I also added a Mani!
The Mani was labeled as backordered and in email they told me they don’t ship partial orders and that it will...
I’m out of town atm but when I am back, I’ll send over the RGB values for you. It probably won’t be an exact match if you’re using different fans than me, but it might get you on the right track.
Thanks! Yeah I did some reading after I posed my question and found the same, not needing the Dac, it looks like it would be cheaper & better to just get the base model with a dedicated phono.
Well, mighty tempted by this, but it will snowball a whole slew of upgrades to my setup, I've already...
I'm not really in the market for something like this, but theoretically, would the "fully loaded" model be a solid replacement to an old (not so great) Yamaha receiver for my record player? vs just getting the standard model + a separate phono pre-amp?
Thanks for the input, that sounds like quite a nuisance. I wonder if it has improved at all.
Using a controller is an option, I typically hate controllers but I played Morrowind to completion on a controller back in the day, so it might be nostalgic if nothing else lol.
Apologies if this has been discussed already, but has anyone tried the WASD mod? The only thing keeping me from playing is the point to click gameplay. If the WASD mod is well done, I might actually consider picking this up.
Sad to say that I think I have decided that I am over Starfield.
For how expansive it is, it feels incredibly confined. The amount of freedom feels like a total facade. I've played and enjoyed Bethesda games before, so I am very accustomed to the format, but it somehow feels even more confined...
This was actually really cool to see.
And random, but I have one of those granite blocks that they were using to make sure the cards were level. Except mine is much smaller and I use it for leatherworking lol, they had all sorts of different grades of precision when I purchased mine, due to...
I've been upgrading with each generation of iPhone for a while, so I try to keep it pristine for its resale value. Case + tempered glass protector from first use until last, so far so good.
$275 is a good price! If you have a hard time finding a buyer and would be willing to drop it a fair bit, I might be interested. I have a standard Switch and never thought of upgrading until this very moment, so the price would have to be right for me.
In case anyone else experienced this issue, here is a fix!
What happened is they released a patch to fix corrupted save files, which in some cases ended up resetting the save. I found my save in a back-up save folder under user->appdata
There were also save files in my documents, and that was...
Well, I haven't played in a bit, but I had a save game that was relatively close (I would presume) to the end. Today went to boot up, hit "Continue" and it launched a new game. Exited, and went to load, and the only saves that were there were my girlfriend's save game and the new game.
I'm...
Absolutely. I have more games installed on my new PC than I've played through in 20 years, I'll never get through all of them, but it's fun to see.
As for Italy, dude, go. It's beautiful, the people are friendly, the food and wine are absolutely amazing, and very cheap. I had plans to take my...
Don’t you hate it when you record your best game ever, but then upon review, all you have is 28 minutes of desktop because it was set to the wrong monitor. ;(
