Wiring the rest of my house with CAT6a. I have a Ubiquiti XRouter Infinity and EdgeSwitch 16XG which have SFP+ and Copper 10G ports.

Comcast Gigabit Pro . . . they waived all fees and paid the over 10k to pull fiber to the demarc and then also in my house to my office as well . . . .

I pay $150/month for a 2gig and 1 gig line (shared public IP addy) and no datacap.

InWin a great example as well. Cases up to 2k each but also inexpensive ones.
