how come in the fs/ft rules it says make sure to get the buyers full name / address / phone number? what good does that do? i mean if you sell somebody something, and you ship first, and they dont pay, what good would there phone number do? i know there has to be a reason but i cant think of...

i have a dell.. and i want to overclock it. its a p4 2.53 ghz, 768 ddr pc 2700. gf4mx420 and 30 gig hd.. well dell has a bios revision so that i cant overclock it, i was wondering if there is a program to overide that so that i may overclock the 2.53ghz to a 2.8+. ty
