Amazon just listed ALTA F2 with a significantly lower introductory price than expected so if you have Amazon prime and wants this case, definitely go for it now:

The case comes with a fan bracket that will allow you to mount any size radiator from 120mm to 560mm (140mm x 4) on top of the three 180mm fans. There's lots of options for radiators in this case, please check out the interactive picture on ALTA F2's product page (the large graphics above the...
No plans now, the volume of such product would be too low to be viable.
Maybe you were thinking of the ALTA S1 prototype that we showed at Computex 2019? Admittedly that case is somewhat similar to the ALTA F2. But yes, the ALTA F2 is already in production so they should start appearing in...
The wider cutout for audio ports on the front panel was implemented sometimes in late 2011, this was part of the V1.1 update that also included other minor improvements. So there are approximately one year worth of V1.0 TJ08-E produced, which will be difficult to find now. 5.25" drive bay...
The top PSU vent on the TJ08-E was designed specifically for FF141 filter so no, the FF143 (matte black) won't fit perfectly on it. Though if you are handy with cutting, you could shave off the corners on the FF143 filter a bit to make it fit better.
And yeah, the TJ08-E and PS07 have been...
TechPowerUp's review on the ALTA F1 is up now. Not a glowing review as expected due to the high cost for us to bring to North America, but it did perform well in many of their cooling tests!
Sorry I should have made it clear that we are showing an example "chassis" that could benefit from having a shorter PSU. The system components in the photo is for illustrative purpose (to give buyers of the chassis an idea of size and component clearance), you can of course build a more powerful...
There are actually lots of use cases for a shorter high wattage PSUs, we know because we design cases too! Below is one of the examples (our RM42-502 case), the PSU in the photo is 140mm deep, so an 180mm one could still work, while a 220mm one will not with the adjacent 5.25" bay occupied by...
Unfortunately we won't be able to just add a power switch to the current design. The PSU at only 180mm deep (typical size for many 850W modular PSUs from other brands), is already as packed as it can be with components!
We announced a 2050W unit last month, it's shipping now and should be available in North America by the end of the year:

Carlyle2020, thanks for sharing how you tinkered with the FT02, very cool! To our knowledge the reference (founders) cards should all still work OK in vertical orientation so there are definitely more options available. We've been improving our Air Penetrator 180mm fans the last couple of years...
