these are called "training tables" I believe, search for those... might help "training desk" will also yield results

first thing I do when wondering if a game might be worth it is check videos of other people playing in on youtube, if it seems fun, check it out further...

yeah, I am pretty sure they are just emulated roms, I doubt they would recode all those games to run on pc
