2 things come to mind:
1) your power supply is bad and causing the shutdown. Best way to test for this would be to replace the power supply
2) Something is overheating, most likely the cpu, you should go into the BIOS and check the CPU temperatures there to see if it is abnormally high.
This may not be related to the problems you are having, but Logisys "power supplies" are garbage. Regardless of what the actual reason for your problems, I would replace that hunk of junk ASAP.
