I tried to smooth of that plywood a bit this weekend, trying to get rid of the deep grain on the top pine. Put filler on, let dry and smooth it off, but as soon as the strain goes on it just seems the filler sinks and the grain is back. Thinking of getting sanding sealer as a grain filler...

WUXi models would've been ideal. They had a A-TW polarizer which helps to get rid of that IPS glow, adds some contrast and improves viewing angles. The WUXi2 models lost that, and the PA series also have no A-TW. Note that with the PA series, the SV models (SpectraView) are different for Europe...
