Not sure which officemax the 14.99 deal was, but in all the other ones I have called and been to. 14.99 is for the 50 pack of dvd-r/+. 100 packs are 24.99, and the dual layer pack of 20 is 24.99. I wish I had found the store that had missed priced these.
