    You have to have peel off the heatspreaders. He was referring to the date codes on the actual chips themselves. I have a 256MB piece of KHX3000 that is BH-5. I've seen more BH-5 than BH-6 in these. Your chances now of finding BH-5 KHX3000 isn't very good. I grabed 4 pieces about a month ago...
