i'm really struggling on my beastmaster build, the idea was do be in the thick of it, with heavy armor and a great axe, AC of 18, but i just get pommelled, my fucking bear dies in one hit every time as well. not sure if its my unfamiliarity with dnd, or what?

world map is static, yes.
dungeons and caves, at least in the beta were all very repetitve and the layouts varied between maybe 10 presets. people complained about that, not sure if it was changed for launch

but i was at the same percentage as you are at 20hrs in, i did every sidequest i came upon without seeking them out (my bad, havent really played games in 3 years or so).
the ending still feels rushed, tbh, i wasnt even aware it was happening, didnt have my potions full, for...
just finished the story after about 32 hours. last fight was a tough one on hard.
felt a bit rushed, to be honest. the last area you do quests in is barely touched with the main story.
yeah, but everyone with a GPU lower than a 3080 has less than 10gigs of vram. and because of the last 3 years of fuckery, thats like at least 80 percent of pc players for this game, i'd wager....
edit: after ~30mins of playing, my VRAM usage shoots up to 90%+, i'm not trying to say its all GPU...
