I think i might of fixed this by rising the VCSSA voltage to 1.25 v, fingers crossed.

I remember when I worked in IT, an ssd was throwing up a lot of errors. It was actually the sata cable that was broken. You just wouldn't think one would break, same with network cables going dodgy over time.
