I appreciate that :)
Those SF series PSU fans are actually high static-pressure. We've intentionally put that spec on top of the list, that way the fan could push air through the relatively high density components within a small PSU.
For your reference:
The one that you got from moddiy is a type 3 cable set, while the one that came with your PSU is type 4. Here's the difference, type 4 cable has 4 extra sense wires to improve voltage regulation and ripple suppression.
The cable you got from moddiy will work, but you'll have to cut the locking...
This one? If so, looks like there's not enough room to support 240rad AIO coolers from this photo. 120mm and 140mm AIO coolers seems to be the only options.
Correct!
That's exactly what araxie meant, Pump rpm under Cooler temp group which is the same as Liquid temp. You already have the pump under the H80i GT cooler temp.
Actually, the new GTs and GTX versions have an adjustable pump speed, silent and performance. And in terms of performance, i version to i GT version, gain is minimal. Few changes have made, mainly on aesthetics, color insert customization, and installation.
You might want to look into any entry level AIO coolers if budget is a concern. I'm sure any basic AIO cooler would still be better than a stock cooler.
Not from what we have seen internally in our comparative testing with 120mm spec rad coolers (H75 and H80i). Thicker rad or push/pull configuration didn't make much of a difference in performance so its not worth the added cost to the kit. H55 is the sweet spot and more than enough to keep...
