See if there are any hobby shops or stuff like that. Sometimes they'll have ads. or be able to put you in touch with someone who does custom airbrushing. Or try a college art school. check their bulletin boards. I'm sure you'll be able to find a starving student that does airbrushing.

you can you a bit of masking tape to hold the red & black or yellow & black wires together while replacing them

I've got 3 HD's, 2 optical drives, 1 floppy, Tv card, 9800np and 4 case fans running on a 365watt enermax PS. You should be fine with the 300 watt as long as it's a decent brand.

you could always test it on a $5 nic or something.
