Nokia Multigraph 445Xpro monitor (big, awesome, free!) FF

I've got a Nokia Multigraph 445Xpro up for grabs in Jersey City, NJ -- if you can come get it, it's yours. Nice monitor, heavy, it'll do 1920x1440 at a nice refresh rate (of course, see the most recent 100 or so pages of the Display forum post about the fw-900 post for details on that) -- it's...

    24" Widescreen CRT (FW900) From Ebay arrived,Comments.

Well, it's finally happened, I have gone digital. Maybe my loss is someone's gain, though. What's the best way to move an old CRT on to its next life? My old monitor is a Nokia Multigraph 445xpro that happily does 1920x1440 if it gets an analog input. Do people just throw them on Craigslist...

Titan Quest 10 Year Anniversary Edition Sale has ended.

And if you're looking for Grim Dawn, it's currently the "Pay early" game for the Humble Monthly bundle on humblebundle, so it's only $12 and you get some other games, too.

Oh, welcome to the club! Read back through the last several pages and you'll lear more than you ever wanted to know about pixel clocks, especially since you never WANTED to learn that the answer to your question is only "well, sort of." Currently no one makes a high-clock adapter/converter, so...

Video card brand in your first PC?

First family computer was a PCjr, which had better-than-CGA graphics. After that I remember there being a Trident card of some sort. The first video card I spent my own money on (with a very important rebate coming in the mail) was a Matrox M3D card. Cheap and didn't do that well compared to...

Asked and answered -- "The currently available Ideacentre Y700, part number 90DG0021US, uses a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB which does not have a VGA port. It has DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI ports." Ah well.

So here's an interesting bit that I just noticed -- the Lenovo Y700 desktop has an nvidia 1070 in it AND it has VGA out -- does anyone know more about this? Is it legitimate? Could I do 1920x1440@80 again? shop.lenovo.com/us/en/desktops/ideacentre/y700/

20 of the Worst PC Setups

I still use a Logitech trackball at home -- an innovation that came from not having a desk to put a mouse on 15 years ago. They're nice.

So I think I've decided that A second small monitor is in order, with RainMeter showing relevant information.

Desktop system monitor for memory/cpu/network/etc? USB?

I've currently got a Logitech G15 keyboard and it has a little screen that I'm using in conjunction with LCDSirReal to show CPU, memory, network bandwidth, audio volume, time, etc.etc.etc. I like it. But eventually the keyboard will need to be replaced. Does anyone make a small desktop unit...

HP Envy 750se Desktop. Nvidia 980 ti, i7-6700, 16gb ram. $1,126 after coupon

Worked for me, had to hit apply on the coupon code twice -- More computer than I'd recently planned out and at a much lower price. I went with more memory and the 6700k and a GTX 970 rather than the 980 -- should be a nice upgrade, thanks, zamardii!
