Have a 6800xt since Christmas. Fantastic card if your not bothered about RT. Needs a bit of taming as mine a Sapphire Pulse ran at 2450 out of the box and circa 90c . A tad hot for my liking so I dialled it back a bit and honestly I can tell the difference of a few less fps. Nice build by the way.
If you start over clocking you will find your power requirements will increase exponentially as will the heat generated, so a 10% increase in CPU/GPU frequency can increase power draw by 20% and more . If you care about the efficiency of you PSU you should try to keep the demand on it below...

My 6800xt was hitting 2500 stock out of the box at Christmas. Cut the voltage and kept the revs to 2300 as it was hitting 90c plus. Seems recent driver is not good.
